Wisconsin Falls are Beautiful

Wisconsin Falls are Beautiful

Every year we wonder the same thing this time of year. Will it be a hard winter? Will there be a lot of snow? Will it be cold? I've heard that it's going to be a warmer and drier winter this year. You never know until you're in the thick of it. I remember about 3 or 4 years ago I pulled my motorcycle out of the garage and took a brief spin on Christmas Day. We hadn't had much snow and the temps were in the 40's to 50's. Of course last year we got dumped on in December and didn't have a lot of snow the rest of the winter. As Mother Nature prepares for another winter it sure is pretty on these crisp fall days. I never get tired of the gold and orange and red leaves with the sun shining on them. In the coldest and darkest time of winter I lament the cold weather, but truth be told, I do enjoy the changing seasons with fall being my favorite. I even enjoy the first part of winter. A little snow and cold around Christmas just sets the stage for a postcard Christmas. My family once spent Christmas in Hawaii...it was nice, but it didn't feel right. Right now I'm just enjoying another fall season and I hope you are too!
