Marshall Bob's an Honest Man
I just heard a heartwarming story that I thought I'd share. Our radio station group has hired a new engineer. He's not really that new to most of us. Marshall Bob, as we call him, was an announcer back in the mid to late 90's on WJVL and he also helped us with the technical end of setting up live broadcasts. You might know him as the drummer in the local band Rainbow Bridge. Bob went to the bank(which will remain nameless) recently to make a deposit using the bank drive through. When Bob grabbed the canister he realized there was some money in it. Glancing at the attached slip he saw the bills totaled $2300. Some might have taken the money but Bob sent it back to the teller on duty. The much relieved teller thanked him for his honesty. That's a tough moral situation...kudos to Bob!
