Golf

By Justin Brown ( Contact )   September 10, 2008

A big thanks to Red Hot Ken Scott who switched shows with me on Tuesday, so that I could attend the WJVL Client Golf Outing at Prairie Woods.

I had only been golfing 2 times before, and lets just say I mostly drove the cart and drank a lot of beer.

I was very excited to play yesterday with my uncle Jerry who sponsors the WJVL Country Hall of Fame & Packers Radio Network on WJVL as Brown Heating & Air Conditioning. We had never golfed together and had a great time.

We were paired up with Tom from Ground Round of Janesville and his friend Craig. What a fun butch of guys! They were a blast. They were very patient with this 'rookie' golfer and made it a fun day.

It was also nice to see so many other 'friends' of the radio station. Wiggy's, Simmons Fence Company, Rob Seeman, First American Credit Union, Utizg Carstar, Knutes and so, so many more.

If you were at the golf outing as a client of WJVL, 'thank you for being an advertiser!' And I hope you had as much fun as I did.
