James filed the suit in March 2007 in Corpus Christi, accusing Tim, Mike, songwriter Craig Wiseman and producers James Stroud and Byron Gallimore of ripping off his song "Anytime, Anywhere Amanda" in writing and recording the 1997 hit "Everywhere."

Clay Walker Leads Country Benefits

Aug. 6, 2008 — Clay Walker will launch the inaugural Band Against MS Bike Team ride Oct. 4-5 in Middle Tennessee to raise money for the battle against multiple sclerosis. The team will take part in the Bike To Jack & Back ride, which starts in Franklin, Tenn., and extends 75 miles to Lynchburg, the home of the Jack Daniels Distillery. After an overnight stay, all the bikers — an expected 750 or more — will return the next day.

Toby Keith Feels Branded

Despite the passage of time, and his continued ability to launch new material onto the radio, Toby is astounded to find that that song is still the one by which much of the media judges him.

Sugarland Climbs Another Mountain
