Sunday, May 18 - REGISTER at Oak Village Garden Center, Highway 26N, Janesville.

Saturday, May 31 - FINAL GIVEAWAY at A+ PowerSports, 622 E. Highway 11, Elkhorn, WI. Make plans to attend the giveaway event at A+ Powersports on May 31 from 10-noon where you could still qualify instantly.


Official Contest Rules:

1. Register at ongoing registration sponsor locations and/or at official registration events as announced on WCLO and WJVL. Official entry forms must be completed to be eligible to win. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be eligible to win.
2. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER REGISTRATION EVENT. Ongoing registration will take place at Rob’s Performance Motorsports from April 2-April 25 and June 2 - July 11, 2008. Ongoing registration will take place at A+ Power Sports from April 28 - May 30, 2008. During ongoing registration, contestants may register once per day in addition to any registration events.
3. You must be 18 or older to enter or win.
4. Employees and immediate family members of WCLO, WJVL, Bliss Communications, Inc., Rob’s Performance MotorSports, A+ Power Sports, Inc., and participating sponsors are not eligible to win. Immediate family includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
5. No purchase necessary to enter. Void where prohibited.
6. All decisions of WCLO/WJVL and regarding the execution of the contest and interpretation of the rules are final.
7. By registering, you give WCLO/WJVL, Rob’s Performance MotorSports, A+ Power Sports and participating registration event sponsors the authorization to use your name, photo, video, voice recording, entry materials, likeness or image in promotional materials without further compensation. Entry information will not be sold or offered to any other businesses except Rob’s Performance MotorSports, A+ Power Sports and WCLO/WJVL.
8. Following each registration event, one qualifier will be selected for the featured grand prize event. Qualifiers will be notified by telephone and must be present at the final drawing(s) in order to win. There is a limit of one qualifier per household address per prize. After each event’s qualifier is selected, all entries will be discarded and registration resumes at the next registration event.
9. The anticipated contest periods and prize schedule at the time of rules publication is as follows: Pair of Scooters - March 31, 2008 - April 25, 2008. ATV - April 28, 2008 - May 30, 2008. Personal Watercraft - June 2, 2008 - July 11, 2008. WCLO/WJVL reserves the right to alter the prize windows after posting such changes to our websites at www.wclo.com and www.wjvl.com .
10. Grand Prize Descriptions: Scooters - 1 Blue 2008 CHF50 Metropolitan Scooter, VIN # JH2AF60048K600145 AND 1 Red 2008 CHF50 Metropolitan Scooter, VIN # JH2AF60088K600391. Total retail value $4196. ATV - 2008 Polaris Model #A08MH50AZ; VIN #4XAMH50A18B318622 and accompanying trailer. Total Retail value of the prize is $6800.00 ($6000.00 ATV / $800.00 TRAILER). Watercraft- 2008 Sea-Doo GTI Model #238A and 2008 Karavan trailer Model WCE-1250. Total Retail value Of the prize is $9097.00 ($8298 Watercraft / $799 Trailer). WCLO/WJVL reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value to those described.
11. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected at the specified final giveaway events and must be present at the event to win. Acceptance, delivery and/or storage of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. Prize may not be exchanged or transferred and is not convertible to cash. Prize must be accepted in “as is” condition at the conclusion of the contest.
13. WCLO/WJVL reserves the right to disqualify any entry not conforming to the rules of the promotion at any time.
14. WCLO/WJVL and its contest and promotional partners assume no responsibility for entry fraud committed by any entrant. In the event it is determined that an ineligible entrant wins a prize, WCLO/WJVL reserve all rights to the ownership and return of the prize and all costs associated with remedying any prize award to an ineligible entry or entrant.
15. WCLO/WJVL and its promotional partners listed in these rules are not responsible for any errors or omissions contained in these rules and reserve the right to correct such errors, if any, without any penalty or liability.
16. Rob’s Performance MotorSports, A+ Power Sports, WCLO/WJVL, Bliss Communications LLC., participating registration event sponsors and their parent and subsidiary companies and participating sponsors are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize, make no claim as to the condition of the prize on the date of giveaway, and offer no warranty or other guarantees regarding acceptance of the prize.
17. Winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with winning the prize, including but not limited to federal and state income tax, state sales tax, title and registration and license fees.
18. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the declaration of a winner. After 30 days, the prize becomes the property WCLO/WJVL Radio. Another winner will not be selected.
